A Sign Of Hope And Peace
White birds are a sign of hope and peace in many cultures around the world. In Christianity, white birds or doves are considered to be a symbol of the Holy Spirit and they represent God’s love and grace. In Ancient Greece, birds colored white were associated with the gods because the Greeks believed the birds could convey messages from them. Furthermore, white birds have been symbols of hope throughout history, in many cultures white birds symbolized new beginnings and peace after turmoil or struggle. In Native American culture white birds signify strength in times of hardship and have been seen as a representation of birth and resurrection. No matter the culture white birds bring a sense of tranquillity through their symbolism representing truth, hope, freedom and purity.  As a symbol of purity and hope, white birds appear to evoke feelings of awe and reverence within us that is often conducive to our spiritual journeys. Symbolizing grace, elegance and beauty, white birds have become a powerful representation of all that is majestic. In culture, art, and history white birds have become a common symbol of love, loyalty, friendship and good luck making them even more emblematic of beauty.
